💼 About This Role

You'll join the Reconciliations team at Seccl, ensuring the accuracy of stock and cash records for over 230,000 clients. Your work directly supports CASS regulatory compliance and operational integrity. This role offers exposure to investment platform operations in a fast-growing fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly stock & cash reconciliations accurately and on time.
• Maintain the daily break management system with clear explanations and MI.
• Identify systemic issues and root causes, aiding operational teams in resolution.
• Produce monthly FCA Client Money & Asset Return (CMAR) for CASSCo submission.

📋 Requirements

• Proven understanding of custody asset and/or client money reconciliations under CASS regulations.
• Good understanding of investment platform operations and trade lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.

• Knowledge of Looker and MS Power Platform.
• Desire to learn low/no code tools.
