🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for kernel, compiler, and low-level systems roles
• Develop sourcing strategies and engage passive candidates
• Run efficient interview processes with engineering leadership
• Advise hiring managers on market dynamics and closing strategies

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Proven track record hiring for kernel or compiler roles
• Deep understanding of systems engineering fundamentals
• Ability to source and close passive candidates in niche markets
