🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own and manage strategic enterprise customer relationships from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
  • Act as a trusted advisor helping customers achieve measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead regular engagement sessions including onboarding, strategic planning, and business reviews.
  • Identify adoption risks early and drive proactive solutions for long-term retention.

📋 Requirements

  • 7–10 years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or consulting.
  • Experience managing enterprise or highly strategic customer relationships.
  • Ability to quickly learn complex technical products and workflows.
  • Strong executive presence and confidence leading discussions with senior stakeholders.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with industrial automation or engineering-heavy organizations.
  • Familiarity with PLC systems or manufacturing technology.
