🎯 What You'll Do
- Own and manage strategic enterprise customer relationships from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
- Act as a trusted advisor helping customers achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Lead regular engagement sessions including onboarding, strategic planning, and business reviews.
- Identify adoption risks early and drive proactive solutions for long-term retention.
📋 Requirements
- 7–10 years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or consulting.
- Experience managing enterprise or highly strategic customer relationships.
- Ability to quickly learn complex technical products and workflows.
- Strong executive presence and confidence leading discussions with senior stakeholders.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with industrial automation or engineering-heavy organizations.
- Familiarity with PLC systems or manufacturing technology.
