Description

You will introduce shoppers to Caper smart cart technology in grocery stores, demonstrating features and encouraging adoption to drive user acquisition goals. This role is part of the Retail Go-To-Market Operations team, scaling in-store technology to enhance the shopping experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in retail
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with proactive approach to goals
• Comfortable working with and explaining new technology
• Willing to travel up to 90% of the time; work Thursday-Monday schedule

Responsibilities

• Engage in-store customers to introduce Caper smart carts with live demonstrations
• Develop and execute sales tactics tailored to each store environment
• Build positive relationships with store personnel as a brand ambassador
• Provide regular reports on customer interactions and sales insights
• Achieve daily and weekly user acquisition goals
