💼 About This Role

You'll be a trusted advisor to key enterprise customers, helping them succeed with Navan's travel platform. You'll manage all post-sales activity including integrations, onboarding, training, and retention. This role offers the opportunity to work with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams to drive customer success.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage all post-sales activity for Enterprise customers including onboarding and training.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer C-suite to align business goals.
  • Conduct regular check-in calls and Quarterly Strategic Business Reviews.
  • Handle escalations and work across teams to resolve issues.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success Management
  • 3+ years of Travel industry or travel related company experience
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills in a high pressure environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and initiatives in a fast-paced environment
