💼 About This Role

You'll lead all security functions at a cloud-native banking platform, ensuring safety, resilience, and regulatory compliance. You'll own security strategy, team leadership, and tooling across Security Engineering, Operations, and IAM. This role offers high impact in a regulated fintech environment with a mandate to uplift security maturity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mature all security functions across the organization
• Own secure SDLC strategy and embed secure-by-default tooling
• Drive Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) across Azure and AWS
• Enhance AI governance and ensure compliant AI tooling usage

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading security in a regulated cloud environment (bank or EMI)
• Expert knowledge of ISO27001, regulatory expectations, and audit management
• Leadership experience running multi-disciplinary security functions
• Cloud-native security expertise and incident management skills
