🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee research projects affecting complex systems and mission-critical areas
• Develop, validate, and implement new predictive models into production
• Prepare and analyze datasets to assess predictive efficacy
• Mentor other researchers and provide technical guidance

📋 Requirements

• 5-10+ years of related experience directing research projects
• Expertise in modern statistical methods and machine learning as an applied researcher
• Strong skills in production-level coding (Python and/or R)
• Ph.D. level coursework required, Ph.D. in relevant field preferred
