• Manage and nurture a designated client portfolio
• Review impact of new features and assess customer needs
• Configure Varicent solutions based on customer requirements
• Generate monthly performance and support metric reports

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in IT Consulting or Enterprise Software Implementation
• Bachelor's Degree in technical field or related discipline
• Experience with SQL and relational databases
• Technical data skills including data manipulation and Excel

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands on experience with Varicent software products
• Query based language experience
