You'll join a growing Farmers Insurance team as an Insurance Agent in Training, driving agency growth and delivering tailored insurance solutions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospect and convert leads into insurance policies
• Consult with clients to assess needs and recommend coverage
• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
• Maintain client relationships and provide ongoing support

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of sales or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with outbound calls and closing deals
• Willing to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license

• Existing P&C or Life & Health license
• Bilingual skills
