You'll manage gate access and patrol facilities for Carvana's Inspection Center, ensuring associate and asset safety. You'll execute security protocols and use RFID/CCTV technology. This role offers career development in a fast-paced startup atmosphere.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage vehicle movement at entrance/exit gates
• Conduct routine patrols of facility yard and buildings
• Utilize SAS App and RFID technology for access control
• De-escalate conflict situations with team and visitors

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle conflict situations positively
• Ability to organize and execute multiple tasks in fast-paced environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of CCTV, RFID, and access control
• Previous safety or crisis prevention experience
• OSHA program support experience
