You'll assist in maintaining the general ledger and preparing journal entries for a growing finance team at Rowan, a company redefining the ear piercing experience with a focus on safety and clinical expertise. You'll help ensure accurate financial records and support the Controller in month-end close and audit processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain general ledger and prepare journal entries.
• Complete bank reconciliations for all cash accounts.
• Assist with sales tax filings and quarterly reviews.
• Review coding of invoices, credit cards, and reimbursements.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of related accounting experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and NetSuite or similar ERP.
• Experience with general ledger maintenance and reconciliations.

• Knowledge of cost accounting and fixed asset accounting.
• Experience with tax preparation and compliance.
