🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect real-time collaborative editing features (CRDTs, presence).
• Write performant, well-tested TypeScript and React code.
• Partner with Product and Design from ideation to delivery.
• Drive software design decisions on projects.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building web apps with React and TypeScript.
• Expertise using AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude) in workflow.
• Experience at an early-stage, product-focused startup (ideally <50 people).
• Strong product instincts and bias toward action with high standards.
