🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions
• Build financial models and valuation analyses
• Prepare client marketing materials and presentations
• Coach and develop junior team members

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a top undergraduate program
• 7+ years in investment banking at Associate/VP level
• Strong financial modeling skills (DCF, LBO, M&A)
• Series 79 and 63 licensing or ability to obtain
