🎯 What You'll Do

• Build targeted candidate lists for active roles
• Research and identify passive candidates using sourcing tools
• Draft and send personalized outreach sequences
• Track sourcing activity and pipeline coverage in Ashby

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of sourcing experience in high-growth startup or technical recruiting
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
• Strong written communication skills
• Self-sufficient and organized

• Actively using AI tools in sourcing workflow
• Sourced for AI, infrastructure, or developer tooling companies
• Familiar with US and/or Australian talent markets
