Description

Lead a team of ML engineers to build and deploy machine learning models that power content discovery on the Roku platform. You will define the ML roadmap, manage technical and people aspects, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable models that enhance user engagement.

Requirements

• 10+ years total experience in software/ML engineering
• 5+ years in dedicated people management leadership role
• MS or BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
• Deep theoretical and practical understanding of Machine Learning
• Proven track record deploying large-scale ML models into production

Responsibilities

• Define roadmap for ML within Content Platform
• Provide technical leadership on model architecture and MLOps
• Lead and grow a high-performing team of ML Engineers
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Content Strategy to align ML initiatives with business goals
• Champion culture of incremental delivery and balance long-term R&D with production improvements
