💼 About This Role

You'll develop and implement the Manufacturing Development Process (MDP) at a defense tech company, enabling manufacturing engineering teams to achieve production readiness at scale. You'll bridge business and technical domains to drive transformation across product lines.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Introduce MDP framework to stakeholders across all levels
• Partner with MDP Project Managers to identify process gaps and improvements
• Develop templates, job guides, and flowcharts for process implementation
• Align MDP to internal/external standards like MRLs and AS9100

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in manufacturing or process engineering roles
• 8+ years overall experience in relevant domains
• Understanding of product lifecycle phases and manufacturing readiness
• U.S. Person status for export control access
