You'll assist the USSF Air Reserve Component with MPA management processes, supporting training, execution, and requirements management. Your work will help operational units by prioritizing manday requirements based on mission impact and critical skills. This role offers the chance to work on space force programs in a highly classified environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with MPA training, execution, and requirements management.
• Support the institutionalized requirements-based management plan.
• Communicate with operational USSF units and HQ counterparts.

📋 Requirements

• 3-10 years of experience related to the primary responsibilities.
• Skilled with Windows 10, M4S, and ARCORT systems.
• BA/BS degree (5+ years experience may substitute).
• TS/SCI Security Clearance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Air Force Corporate Structure.
• Familiarity with AFI 36-2619.
• Knowledge of POM process.
