Description

You will own the end-to-end development of Isar Aerospace's launch sites, from planning and permitting through construction and operational handover. You'll lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Technical background in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
• Proven project/program management expertise
• Experience managing complex timelines and budgets
• Ability to synthesize technical and business information into actionable recommendations
• Knowledge of legal, regulatory, and environmental standards

Responsibilities

• Own planning, execution, and delivery of launch site development programs
• Develop and manage program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
• Lead cross-functional coordination with engineering, manufacturing, operations, finance, legal, and vendors
• Manage CAPEX/OPEX forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting
• Prepare and present program updates and executive materials
