💼 About This Role

You'll manage candidate pipelines and coordinate interviews across multiple roles in a fast-paced recruitment engine. You'll own resume vetting, proactive outreach, and screening calls, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage candidate sourcing, profile tracking, and interview coordination in Greenhouse.
• Schedule interviews across multiple rounds with hiring managers and executives.
• Ensure timely candidate communication with 24-hour turnaround.
• Co-lead bi-weekly People Planning meetings to align on hiring priorities.

📋 Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency in spoken and written form.
• High-volume recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service background with strong communication skills.
• Recruitment or HR exposure.
