You'll coordinate a distributed team of 21 listing specialists to manage seller inventory across eBay, Poshmark, and other channels. You'll optimize daily workflows to increase throughput and build processes that scale operations. This role offers autonomy to test ideas and drive measurable results.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage work queue in HubSpot and balance workload across 21 team members
• Monitor daily productivity metrics and identify bottlenecks
• Design and implement workflow improvements to increase listings per hour
• Create and maintain SOPs for common listing scenarios and edge cases

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years in operations, logistics, fulfillment, or e-commerce
• Proven track record of improving processes
• Strong proficiency with workflow tools (HubSpot, project management software)
• Advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills
