You'll join a hyper-growth startup to automate IT workflows and engineer security compliance for insurance payment tools. Your core impact is eliminating repetitive tickets through self-service and automation. This role offers the autonomy to make foundational architectural decisions in a high-compliance environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide white-glove L1-L3 support and design self-service workflows
• Manage Identity Providers for SSO and zero-touch onboarding
• Engineer MDM platforms with zero-touch provisioning
• Partner with IT Manager on scaling security projects

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years IT support experience with automation focus
• Deep understanding of SSO, SAML/OIDC, and identity lifecycle management
• Proficiency in MDM platforms (Jamf, Intune, Kandji, or Workspace ONE)
• Strong macOS and Windows endpoint management skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Scripting experience with Bash, PowerShell, or Python
• Experience with API integration for workflow automation
• Familiarity with SOC 2 or PCI compliance
