💼 About This Role

You'll support operational communications for Gravie's ICHRA product, ensuring members and employers navigate enrollment, payments, and renewals clearly. You'll maintain CRM workflows, coordinate cross-functional reviews, and scale communications capacity. This role is ideal for building communications infrastructure in a fast-growing benefits company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support ICHRA segmentation updates and QA within Braze.
• Execute and monitor ongoing ICHRA operational campaigns.
• Manage intake and prioritization of communication requests from stakeholders.
• Conduct periodic audits of ICHRA-facing communications for accuracy.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in communications, marketing operations, or benefits communications.
• Strong writing and editing skills with consistent brand voice.
• Experience with CRM tools and operational campaign workflows; Braze preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver against deadlines.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with or interest in health benefits communications.
• Understanding of ICHRA is a plus.
• Experience in regulated industries.
