💼 About This Role

You'll lead the maturation of Securly's content classification system, building ML infrastructure for K-12 student safety. You will drive multiclass refactoring of binary models and establish rigorous evaluation frameworks for classification quality.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define evaluation methodology and model card standards for content classification
• Lead multiclass refactoring of binary classification models
• Build labeled evaluation datasets with annotation workflows
• Connect offline evaluation to production monitoring for drift detection

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in applied ML roles with multi-label/classification focus
• Expertise in Python ML stack (scikit-learn, PyTorch, pandas)
• Proven ML evaluation rigor with precision/recall tradeoffs
• Experience with training data pipelines and data versioning

✨ Nice to Have

• Large-scale classification in production with latency constraints
• Active learning / annotation workflow design
• Cloud ML infrastructure (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI)
