💼 About This Role

You'll own a portion of the manufacturing value chain for Autonomous Underwater Vehicles at Anduril Industries. Your work will directly impact rapid iteration and production of cutting-edge maritime systems for defense and commercial clients. This role offers hands-on work with novel tooling solutions and contract manufacturers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write work instructions and quality plans for hardware manufacturing
• Develop process flows for complex assemblies
• Work with contract manufacturers to establish repeatable processes
• Design tooling solutions for fabrication and assembly

📋 Requirements

• Degree in engineering or manufacturing
• 1+ years experience in manufacturing or electromechanical design
• Demonstrated ability to deliver electromechanical hardware in resource-constrained environments
• U.S. Person status (required for export control)

✨ Nice to Have

• PCBA fabrication experience with SMT processes
• Hands-on experience with R/C or autonomous flight vehicles
• Software scripting experience in any language
