You'll architect resilient multi-classification network topologies for autonomous air platforms in contested environments. You'll own end-to-end design, validation, and integration of networking hardware and software from lab to flight. This role offers the chance to deliver next-generation autonomous capabilities for defense missions.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Architect resilient multi-classification network topologies for autonomous air platforms
- Design and validate unicast and multicast data flows end-to-end across tactical datalinks
- Own selection, integration, and lab-to-flight qualification of networking hardware and software
- Build network simulation and emulation environments to model mission scenarios
- Develop automated test scripts to validate QoS policies and routing protocols
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years experience as a network engineer
- Expert level knowledge of multicast protocols (IGMP, PIM)
- Expert level knowledge of unicast routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, PBR)
- Advanced knowledge of Linux based operating systems
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with cross-domain solutions (CDS) or multi-level security (MLS) architectures
- Experience with mobile ad-hoc networks (MANETs) or delay-tolerant networking (DTN)
- Familiarity with COMSEC procedures and key management infrastructure
