You will lead end-to-end implementations of Ridgeline's enterprise cloud software, defining scope, managing budgets and timelines, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Your work directly impacts client success and transforms investment management technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, CS, IT, or related field
• 10+ years leading enterprise software implementations for investment management clients
• Deep understanding of investment management workflows (front and back office)
• Strong project management methodologies and cross-functional resource management
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer implementations of Ridgeline’s enterprise platform
• Define project scope, allocate resources, and develop execution plans
• Establish and maintain strong communication with customer stakeholders
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across cross-functional teams
