You'll lead commercial strategy and execution for oncology products in Italy, overseeing launch readiness and field force planning. You'll drive integrated cross-functional alignment across Medical Affairs and Market Access.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute local commercial strategy for oncology portfolio
• Lead launch readiness including customer strategy and field force planning
• Drive demand generation through non-promotional and promotional channels
• Monitor performance, competitive dynamics, and adjust strategy accordingly

📋 Requirements

• Advanced degree (MSc, PhD, MD, PharmD)
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech commercial roles
• Oncology commercial leadership at country level
• Proven track record of successful oncology product launches in Italy
