You'll join the Clearway Energy team to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair solar PV systems. You'll ensure safe and efficient plant operations. This role offers clear career progression across three levels.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance on solar PV equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and control systems
• Complete work orders and maintain documentation
• Operate all electrical and mechanical power plant systems

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Mechanical aptitude and basic electrical knowledge
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to work overtime and non-standard hours

✨ Nice to Have

• 2-year technical degree or Journeyman certification
• Prior solar or power plant experience
• Knowledge of instrumentation and control systems
