Description

You will lead secondary market execution for home loan sales and securitizations, managing rate-sheet generation, TBA/spec pool pricing, and pipeline hedging while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in home loan secondary markets
• BS/BA in business, finance, accounting, economics or similar field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Encompass LOS and OB pricing engine a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage rate-sheet generation via MBS pricing and coordination into the Product and Pricing Engine
• Emphasis on TBA pricing and Spec Pool pricing for rate-sheet generation
• Understanding of MSR and BU-BD/XS Servicing pricing
• Work with margin management to determine best margin based on secondary pricing, region, or campaign
• MBS pooling and loan delivery; Pipeline hedging and trading
