Your work will directly impact study timelines and support clinical operations teams in delivering on milestones. This fully remote role offers hands-on contract management across multiple countries.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and negotiate global study budgets based on protocol requirements.
• Review, draft, and negotiate confidentiality and clinical study agreements.
• Coordinate execution and track status of contract negotiations.
• Maintain contract files and databases, including archiving.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent contract management experience.
• 1 year drafting and negotiating clinical research agreements like CTAs.
• Proficiency in MS Office and computer applications.
