Description
You will lead preconstruction efforts for Scout Motors' development projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure financial and contractual alignment. You'll develop cost reporting systems, manage budgets, and support investment reviews to drive project success.
Requirements
- Experience in preconstruction, cost management, and project budgeting
- Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in developing RFPs and scope-of-work documents
- Strong analytical skills for cost forecasting and reporting
- Knowledge of construction and design project lifecycle
Responsibilities
- Lead preconstruction efforts including scope creation and cost management
- Develop and maintain budget templates, cost reporting systems, and RFP templates
- Collaborate with real estate, design, operations, and construction teams on project delivery strategy
- Lead cost estimating for new projects including IT/AV, FF&E, signage, security
- Produce executive reports and conduct postmortem financial reviews
