💼 About This Role

You'll own and scale all revenue-generating motions across Europe for a high-growth SaaS company in code security. As the most senior commercial voice in the region, you'll be directly accountable for hitting the European number. You'll build and lead a team of AEs, channel managers, and SDRs while driving enterprise and strategic deals personally.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own full EMEA revenue pipeline, forecast, and quota attainment
  • Lead sales motions across mid-market, enterprise, and channel partnerships
  • Recruit, develop, and scale a high-performing sales team
  • Drive enterprise and strategic deals personally at the executive level

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years building and leading sales teams in Europe within cybersecurity or developer tooling
  • Demonstrated success owning a regional P&L in EMEA
  • Experience running multiple sales motions simultaneously (mid-market, enterprise, channel)
  • Proven track record of scaling teams from 2 to 10+ reps
