🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate policies into operational procedures and agent guidelines
• Build and maintain version-controlled policy documentation
• Identify implementation gaps and propose process solutions
• Coordinate with partnership, legal, product, and operations teams

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in operations, policy operations, or trust safety
• Demonstrated ability to translate policies into operational procedures
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with partnerships, legal, product, or training teams
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
