💼 About This Role

You'll build and manage TubeScience's creator roster, scouting and retaining digital talent for branded content campaigns. You'll serve as the link between creative strategy and on-screen talent, matching creators to brands at scale. This role offers high visibility and impact in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and manage a curated roster of creators across lifestyle, wellness, food, tech, etc.
• Scout and recruit new talent aligning with brand standards and client needs.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with creators to ensure trust and repeat collaboration.
• Develop a talent grid tracking creator specialties, strengths, availability, and performance history.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in talent management, creator relations, or influencer marketing.
• Exceptional eye for talent and on-camera presence that drives performance.
• Natural relationship builder with trust and rapport with creators.
• Strong business judgment balancing creative and commercial priorities.

✨ Nice to Have

• Background at a creator management agency, MCN, or talent firm.
• Experience in performance marketing or direct-response creative.
• Existing relationships with micro- and mid-tier influencers.
