💼 About This Role

You'll architect and scale the partner ecosystem for a fast-growing cybersecurity awareness platform, leading a European team of Partner Managers. Your core impact will be generating predictable revenue growth through strategic alliances with GSIs, MSSPs, and Resellers. You'll also establish SoSafe as the standard solution in leading consultancies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a European team of Partner Managers
• Optimize partner framework, incentives, and tiering models
• Drive acquisition and onboarding of strategic partners
• Manage selected high-value strategic partnerships personally

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS partnerships or channel sales
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing a team
• Full professional proficiency in German (native level) and English
