- Time management skills; prioritize requests, work with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail; correlate issues and identify systematic problems
- Ability to support macOS and iOS devices
Responsibilities
- Staff the Technology Help Desk as initial point of contact
- Monitor ticketing system to record, update, and resolve tickets
- Assist with evaluation and implementation of new software/hardware
- Provision, deploy, and maintain technology devices
- Troubleshoot issues and write end-user documentation
