💼 About This Role

You'll deliver in-home occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients in South Side Chicago. You'll help them regain independence and safely navigate daily routines. This role offers flexible scheduling and a consistent patient census through an agency partner network.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans

📋 Requirements

• Active OT license
• BLS CPR certification
• Comfort with basic tech (email, tablets, EMR)
• Reliable transportation for home visits
