πΌ About This Role
You'll handle customer enquiries and process orders for The Economist Intelligence Unit while driving commercial performance of the online store. You'll focus on upselling and renewing subscriptions, ensuring excellent service across B2B channels.
π― What You'll Do
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and web.
- Process orders and maintain customer records in CRM databases.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Support print-to-online conversion for existing customers.
π Requirements
- GCSE level or higher education.
- Customer service experience in a similar environment.
- Sales experience in e-commerce or B2B environment.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, G-Suite, and CRM systems.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience with IDE databases.
- Knowledge of EIU or similar subscription products.
