Description

You will provide process support and troubleshooting at client sites, driving new product penetration and process development. You'll build collaborative partnerships with customers and internal teams to ensure ASM delivers value and exceeds expectations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering or above
• 6+ years technical experience in semiconductor or capital equipment industry
• Experience in CVD, ALD, EPI, or PECVD preferred
• Proven ability to build collaborative partnerships with customers
• Clear English and Mandarin communication skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer needs and identify new opportunities
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
• Drive new product penetration, installation, and process development
• Define project scope and resource planning with BU
• Drive continuous improvement of customer experience
