You'll manage a high-volume pipeline of purchase loan applications as a trusted guide for customers from application through closing. You'll ensure on-time closes while maintaining omotenashi—proactively anticipating customer needs. This hybrid role offers equity ownership and career growth at a well-funded fintech startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary customer point of contact from processing through closing
• Manage a high-volume pipeline of loan files with accuracy and care
• Review credit, appraisal, and title documentation for compliance
• Submit complete files to underwriting while meeting service-level targets

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of mortgage loan processing experience in purchase transactions
• Ability to handle 60+ loans simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of the mortgage lending process
• Detail orientation with strong focus on quality

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Byte Pro or other LOS platforms (e.g., Encompass)
• Familiarity with Conventional, FHA, VA, and Jumbo loan types
• Strong knowledge of mortgage applications and credit reports
