You'll lead the enterprise sales strategy for a fast-growing fintech infrastructure company, driving payments innovation and large client acquisition. You'll manage a high-performing sales team and close complex, high-value deals.

- Lead enterprise sales strategy for payments to drive client acquisition and growth.
- Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing enterprise sales team.
- Own full sales cycle from pipeline generation to closing complex deals.
- Build relationships with senior-level enterprise clients as trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams.
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, including 5+ years in payments or fintech.
- Proven track record of leading enterprise sales teams and closing large, complex deals.
- Deep understanding of payments ecosystem (processing, merchant services, card networks).
- Strong knowledge of fintech and crypto trends and competitive landscape.
