  • Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing enterprise sales team.
  • Own full sales cycle from pipeline generation to closing complex deals.
  • Build relationships with senior-level enterprise clients as trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, including 5+ years in payments or fintech.
  • Proven track record of leading enterprise sales teams and closing large, complex deals.
  • Deep understanding of payments ecosystem (processing, merchant services, card networks).
  • Strong knowledge of fintech and crypto trends and competitive landscape.

  • Experience in fintech startups and/or traditional payments organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
