Description

You will lead the production site, managing warehouse and planning teams, overseeing 3PL partners, and driving continuous improvement in cost, quality, and safety. You'll develop strategic plans, achieve KPIs, and mentor your team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years managing operations or production, ideally in FMCG
• Tracking KPIs and cost metrics in fast-paced environment
• Experience in labour-heavy and agency worker environments
• Strong understanding of health and safety in warehouse/production
• Deep knowledge of Lean manufacturing; black belt certification preferred
