🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deliver scalability solutions like throughput optimization
• Lead protocol initiatives for PBS, MEV mitigation, transaction ordering
• Develop parallelized transaction execution models in EVM-based environments
• Build and optimize core blockchain infrastructure components

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in backend, distributed systems, or protocol engineering
• Strong proficiency in Golang and building large-scale distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with Ethereum clients like Geth
• Proven track record of architecting high-performance production systems

• Familiarity with MEV, PBS, parallel execution models
