Description

You will lead a work crew of 5-10 individuals with recent criminal convictions in public beautification projects, providing on-the-job coaching and support to help them build skills and secure employment. This role combines mentorship with hands-on outdoor work, requiring a balance of engagement and accountability.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Ability to lift/move objects up to 75 pounds
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, climb, walk for long periods
• Ability to drive a 12-passenger van with trailer
• Experience teaching, coaching, or mentoring groups of adults

Responsibilities

• Lead a work crew in public beautification projects: litter abatement, landscaping
• Ensure participants accurately record work time and receive required breaks
• Complete customer work orders to a high standard daily
• Assign job duties and set reasonable goals for completion
• Maintain line of sight of all participants for safety
