You'll build and drive Huge's proactive outbound sales engine, owning the full pipeline from prospect identification to qualification. You'll shift the agency's business development culture from reactive to relentlessly proactive, targeting new logo acquisition across priority verticals and geographies. This role offers the chance to shape a high-velocity outbound engine with cutting-edge tools and data.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design and execute a structured outbound prospecting strategy for new logo acquisition.
- Manage a healthy pipeline and lead early-stage conversations with senior stakeholders.
- Own pipeline reporting, forecasting, and deal hygiene within the CRM.
- Align outbound efforts with marketing campaigns and go-to-market moments.
๐ Requirements
- 15+ years of outbound sales excellence in an agency or consultancy.
- Proven track record of driving outbound growth in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Ability to leverage intent data and AI-supported automation for prospecting.
- Expertise in rigorous qualification to protect resources before pitch handoff.
