💼 About This Role

You'll manage and develop a global team of 10+ recruiters supporting Waymo's engineering org. You will serve as a strategic advisor to the VP of Engineering, using data to drive hiring health and market insights. This hybrid role offers the chance to shape talent acquisition at a leading autonomous driving company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and develop a global team of 10+ recruiters.
• Set KPIs, provide feedback, and support career growth.
• Forecast hiring needs and allocate team resources dynamically.
• Standardize recruitment workflows globally with regional adaptations.
• Act as subject matter expert on talent trends and compensation.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in talent acquisition.
• 4+ years supporting engineering/technical organizations.
• 3+ years managing a team of at least 5 direct reports.
• Ability to "speak engineer" and understand technical roles.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience scaling a technical org from 500 to 1,000+ employees.
• Background in in-house recruitment for a tech company.
• International hiring experience in Poland and India.
