You will streamline high-risk workflows, create and maintain data pipelines and metrics, provide incident support, translate insights into process improvements, deliver technical trainings in SQL and Python, and drive process automation. Your work helps ensure accuracy, reliability, and continuous improvement within Stripe's Delivery Center.

Requirements

• 4+ years in a technical role with SQL experience
• Experience with financial systems and large-scale technical challenges
• Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis
• Experience managing communications with technical and non-technical teams
• Ability to operate independently and meet time-sensitive deadlines

Responsibilities

• Streamline high-risk, low-standardization workflows
• Create and maintain data pipelines and metrics for observability
• Serve as primary contact for incident support and root-cause analysis
• Translate insights into process and product enhancements with cross-functional teams
• Provide technical trainings (SQL, Python) and maintain documentation
