Description

As a Senior Member of Technical Staff on the SaaS Platform team, you will take end-to-end ownership of backend features and services built on modern microservices, event-driven data pipelines, and AI-powered capabilities on AWS. You will design and implement production-grade microservices in Golang, contribute to technical design, and work on observability, reliability, and AI integration.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience in backend development
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency in Golang or a comparable strongly typed backend language
• Experience owning and shipping backend features in a production cloud environment
• Working understanding of microservices architecture

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of backend features and services from design through deployment and monitoring
• Design and implement production-grade microservices in Golang with gRPC and RESTful APIs
• Build and extend data pipeline components using AWS streaming and batch services (Kinesis, MSK, Glue, Step Functions)
• Integrate AI and LLM capabilities into backend services and pipeline stages
• Ensure services are observable with structured logging, metrics, distributed tracing, and alerting
