You'll join the AI team at Parspec, a construction tech startup digitizing material procurement. You'll own real components in search, ranking, NLP, and document extraction from day one. This early-career role offers mentorship from senior engineers on production ML systems for messy real-world data.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Contribute to hybrid search systems with keyword retrieval and embeddings.
• Build NLP pipelines for entity extraction and document parsing.
• Create and curate labeled datasets for model training.
• Develop evaluation frameworks for search relevance and extraction accuracy.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in ML/AI (internships count).
• Solid grasp of supervised and unsupervised learning fundamentals.
• Proficient in Python with NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn.

• Experience with search or recommendation systems.
