Description

You will bridge business needs and technical solutions, leading a team of junior developers to design and deliver capabilities using Databricks and Python/PySpark. You will analyze data models, promote code via GitLab, and build reports from ERP systems to support federal IT modernization.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and active DoD Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years of related work experience
• 5+ years hands-on Python and PySpark development
• Experience with Databricks, data pipelines, and workflow automation

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of junior developers
• Design new solutions using Databricks (Python, PySpark)
• Analyze and modify existing data model solutions
• Promote code into production using GitLab
• Build data models and reports from ERP and legacy systems
